Nova Innovation Labs LLC ("ModeShoot," "we," "us," or "our") provides AI-powered software that enables users to generate professional product imagery and related media (the "Service").

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you access or use the Service. This Privacy Policy forms part of the ModeShoot Terms of Service.

2. Roles Under Data Protection Law

• Customer as Controller: Customers uploading personal data act as controllers.
• ModeShoot as Processor: We process such data solely to provide the Service.
• ModeShoot as Controller: For account, billing, analytics, and security data.

3. Information We Collect

• Images, prompts, and AI-generated outputs
• Usage logs, device data, and analytics events

4. AI Processing and Model Usage

• User content is processed only to generate requested outputs.
• Customer images are not used to train foundation AI models unless explicitly disclosed and agreed.
• Trusted AI providers may process data solely to deliver generation services.
• Aggregated or de-identified data may be used for analytics and reliability.

5. How We Use Information

7. Data Sharing

• Deleted content removed within a commercially reasonable timeframe
